The best time to travel

The best time to travel to Antigua & Barbuda is during the dry season from November to July. During this time, the weather is warm and sunny, the water temperature is pleasant, and the wind is reliably strong at 15-25 knots! This means you can use wing sizes between 4 and 6 square meters, or kite sizes between 8 and 12 square meters. Overall, the climate here is similar to the rest of the Caribbean, such as the Grenadines or the Dominican Republic.

Our itinerary

Our trips start from Antigua. We arrive in the evening and board together! That evening, we'll get to know each other better over a delicious first dinner together!

Early on the first morning, we travel north to our first kitesurfing spot. After a few hours, we reach our first destination. A sunset session is on the agenda! Every day we experience and discover new spots and islands. We have a set route, but we're happy to adapt it to your wishes!

On the last day, we have to sail back home and enjoy the coast and the panorama one last time. In the evening, we will have a final dinner together in the harbor.

Here's what you can expect!

Besides kitesurfing and wing foiling, we'll of course experience plenty of other things! Antigua is incredibly vibrant and exciting, both day and night. From international restaurants to relaxing local beach bars, you'll find everything your heart desires. Barbuda, on the other hand, is quieter and more remote, characterized by its unique nature, beaches, and reefs. Here, we can sip a glass of wine and lose ourselves in the mesmerizing starry sky.
Activities like island shopping trips in Redcliffe Quay, local lobster barbecues on the beach, hikes up Mount Obama, ziplining, diving, or snorkeling – there's plenty to experience, and we'll definitely make every day a highlight! While we agree on the best activities together on Shared Cruises, Private Cruises offer you more flexibility and privacy.
